VISA Tarjeta de EEUU

No se puede pagar con tarjetas del extranjero. Deberían arreglar esto en el App!

Credit card payments don’t work

Combined with the fact that there were problems with their phone payments with Mastercard and that there aren’t more options to pay for a foreigner, AND that their service is non existent, this has been a completely rubbish experience for me. I’ve now left the country and im unable to pay the bill - I’ve also heard that they make it impossible to cancel, even though the sales person expressly told me that it would be ok. I can’t pay you guys if your stuff doesn’t work, I’m sorry - I tried 😅

The worst

The data on the app is not accurate. Either the company is dishonest, or they are just very bad at estimating how much data you’ve used. I had plenty of data left before going to bed last night, then when I had to use it this morning Entel cut me off without warning.
