Mi Liberty 4+

I have had to uninstall and install again the app multiple times so it will refresh and show me the correct info about my data. The login doesn’t work properly - I enter my phone number, click next and nothing happens. The data doesn’t refresh automatically when the app opens as expected, I have to click on the refresh button. I wouldn’t even try to pay my invoices through this app because I’m afraid it will take my money and not pay the invoice. This app really needs lots of improvement.

I bought a chip for about a dollar. I then had to charge C2,000 which was supposed to last a few days. I downloaded de app to monitor and recharge (as I did with other companies around the world). I ran out of credit while the app stated that I still had credit. I wanted to recharge and i wasn't able to do it via app, I had to buy a card. I tried the support team and totally useless. Do not use Movistar at all, is a rip-off.

Half the time it doesn’t work at all, the information is incorrect (my recharge date was off by a week) and the recharge online portion has never worked for me. On top of that it takes data to use it! They charged me to use their own app! Pretty disgusted with this product. The old Movistar app was way better.
