This App presents selected concepts and tools from the MI Eat Safe Fish (ESF) Guide developed by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. The text and many illustrative images remain the same as used in the ESF Guide.

Typo

Under Hiw to Use Eat 8! There is a typo about the “size of a child’s hand”… it should say child but it says adult.
