This app offers a really smooth shopping experience overall, but what impressed me the most was its after-sales service. I bought a jacket and found it was a bit too big when it arrived. I decided to request a return through the app, and the whole process was super simple—just a click on the order page to apply, and the system guided me through the necessary steps.

After submitting my request, I quickly received a response from customer service, who answered my questions and provided detailed return instructions. I followed the instructions to send the jacket back, and just a few days later, I received the replacement in the new size. The whole process was hassle-free, and the customer service was very friendly, which greatly boosted my trust in the brand.

I suggest adding a FAQ page in the app to address cọmmon return and exchange issu
