    I’ve had it happen about 4 times since I moved here (we moved in January, it’s October). We set up the account with my name, account number, social, etc. The app will work fine for a few months then one day when I go in to pay my bill, it has my name pre filled but no account number or social. It directs me to call customer support who then says, “Everything looks fine on my end, try logging in again” but every time I log in, it takes me to the page to add my account. It’s very frustrating and I hope I’m not charged a late fee if this happens again.

    I have tried time after time to use the www site, app and a representative to keep up with my payments. I either am not directed to my account or the payment amount doesn’t reflect the billing usage amount. I am told to pay a specific amount but still get behind in balanced owed the next billing. I tried budget billing but was out of sync with due date and often recommended to stop budget cycle and pay regular payment. I have asked for help in order to better understand how to straighten this out but it ends up being only repeating itself. Please help me

    So far I like the app. One item I’d ask you add under usage:It shows a graph comparing usage by cost. Please add an option to show actual usage units per month (Total Therms). I like tracking how true usage has changed from one month/year to the next as efficiency or life style changes occur at our house.

    I love how I can just quickly sign right in and pay my bill within a matter of 30 seconds. I love how they alert me to let me know my bill will be ready to give me days notice. One of the best apps I’ve ever used.!!!

    So excited for this app. I loved that all of my info transferred from the web to the app. I didn’t have to re-register. The only bummer is that you don’t except Visa cards. 😢Please change that soon😄 Consumers Energy needs to follow suit now and get an app.

    You has a very large company Need to update the way u except payments Using customers checking or saving accounts is fine YOU SHOULD UPDATE TO ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO HAVE MORE OPTIONS LIKE CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS!!! Using checking accounts takes forever to clear and not everyone has money just laying around!!

    Hi fckerfce, We recognize many customers like you would like to pay their bill in our app using credit and debit cards. You can use Discover or MasterCard to pay in the App and we continue to work with Visa and AmEx to enable them as a credit card options as well. We also encourage you to consider the option of linking a bank account to the app to make no-fee payments or you can use your login information to pay using the card of your choice in My Account at www.michigangasutilities.com.
