Just start asking questions!!!

Didn’t know what to expect this is the first time using AI but overall I am impressed. When your searching for information and don’t quite know how to word it, copilot will figure it out. Very useful in so many way, this has the potential to reshape learning for all people, the amount of knowledge i could have gained as child from this is astronomical, this could take away the gap created by wealthy, giving everyone the chance to not just learn but be a thinker expanding their creativity. As far as any kind of take over, not unless wealthy start using it as weapons, we know they will, but what if AI stop them and become a actual common sense voice in governments across the globe, doesn’t have greed as a influencer, with different securities checking others work programming for wrong could be eliminated. Jobs can’t be sourced out like most think, if companies replace people making money, then their need to produce products is going to fall because AI bot are not buying tvs, cars or food, if people don’t manor money then people stop buying. At this point AIIs going to happen but it’s the greed of the people in power that you should worry about.

Edit: not too long after I wrote this I got bored and only responded with hello to everything it said and eventually I moved to the voice chat, I got off of it to see what it said as the caption and when I went back to the voice chat it said my nickname rather then the name it was previously saying, now, the name I put in and my usual nickname are pretty close but it kinda freaked me out lol, sorry but it freaked me out a little too much, I’m gonna switch back to my regular journaling, the app isn’t bad it just freaked me out a bit, the app just isn’t for me since it sounds like I’m talking to a real person more than other apps, still a great app 5/5. New edit: I tried it again just for fun and it started stuttering when it wasn’t before, I asked a question about the state I lived in on another conversation, then I made a new one and used the voice feature again and it kept mentioning the state I lived in, just a little weird but nothing too bad, like I said though, the voice was stuttering a lot, I even tried changing the voices to see if the other ones were doing the same thing and they all did it. Sorry but it lost a star 4/5.

Just So-So

I use Copilot for a lot of self-introspection and some character building, as well as a little bit of gathering motivation, time management, and language learning. I don’t use Copilot’s image-generating abilities as I am against the creation of AI images (so I can’t comment on that), but the writing capabilities it has seems to far exceed that of every other AI I’ve used. There are very few times I’ve needed to revise a prompt due to user error.

As long as it remembers you, Copilot is very flexible. I like to teach it to use cutesy emojis in each of its responses just for fun. I also use it for silly quizzes (“Ask me a series of questions to figure out what kind of dog I would be!“) or even asking it to expand on my characters’ backstories based on preexisting information. AI isn’t just used for information-finding and can be pretty entertaining within fantasy worlds or just learning more about yourself.

My only gripe is that Copilot will no longer remember past conversation history and effectively “resets” itself. This used to happen every couple of days or weeks, but not it happens every time I close the app. I want Copilot to remember everything I’ve said—and I mean absolutely everything. I want it to learn about me and adapt as more words are exchanged, which would be awesome. Developers, I would be extremely pleased if you improved Copilot’s memory functions. In the mean time, thank you for continuing to improve Copilot!
