  • No way to see file extensions

    Sdfdsfgexbjjf outcomes muffins

This is a good app. Solid. Does what it should most of the time. But for some reason Microsoft decided that iPad users are too stupid or uninformed to be able to deal with file extensions so they hide them. That might be fine as the default, just like windows explorer does. But there is NO WAY to show the file extensions. Why? It is part of the file name after all. Why are you hiding them and not making them available? You even set the icon based on the extension but don’t show the extension.

  • I have had one drive for a few years

I have had one drive a few years now and have thousands of pictures on it . I like the ability to share with friends my photos and scanned items. I really like my new I phone takes pictures and sends them to one drive. FYI I started using one drive back when I had a IBM and now are using it on my MAC so it works good going cross platform from IBM to MAC.

  • 2026 Good but needs more collaboration tools.

    JCinri33

Please add more functionality for collaborating on shared files, and also add e-signing and scanning handwritten text since Microsoft Lens app is being cancelled. I would also like to see a stand alone Microsoft PDF app like Apple Preview app for PDF’s, as this is now on iPhone and iPad, not just Mac.

  • Great but…

    Printingfanatic

I love this app, but the print menu needs an update for page selection. If I have a long document, I don’t want to scroll through hundreds of numbers to get to the page range I want to print. The app should open up a keypad to enter the page range I want to print. Fix this please!

  • Needs single-file line uploading option

    thehomeland

I have been using the app for years and am a paid user, and the only flaw in my mind is the fact that I can't turn off multiple file simultaneous uploads. I upload maybe 200 large files at once, and I want each one to only be uploaded one at a time, like each one taking their turn individually, not 2+ uploads going simultaneously. I don't care that it could be less efficient; I have been making this request for years in feedback and will keep making it until it is implemented. Just make it an option, and people can choose whether they want it. Don't say "oh no one wants that" well literally someone does and the suggestion been passed over for years and will persist in being suggested. I want it, and seems like such an easy-to-implement option. It doesn't even have to be default: just make it a setting to pick from. Enable 1-at-time-only uploading? ✅ Yes.

  • i say, One Great back up!

This took me back to Microsoft because it reminded me of how much I like it! Been iOS for years and always just went with those iOS apps. Until i got OneDrive. From there i started exploring the other Microsoft apps. In my opinion the Microsoft apps work better on the iPhone than the IOS apps. It works very well backing up everything from everywhere. Also great to see what i have on my window based desktop right on my IPhone! Also when you want to save space on phone or desktop, automatically takes it off local storage to OneDrive! Not expensive when you subscribe to more space and if you get Microsoft Family with the 360 plan you get to share 6 tb, one for each member. Great app for back up, great app to combine Microsoft with IOS, great in many ways! Keep up the great work!
