To access MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union's Mobile Banking app, you must be enrolled in Home Banking.

To sign-up for Home Banking and receive access to mobile banking using your mobile device, members can enroll by visiting any MidSouth Community branch, or by contacting a Member Service Representative at 478.471.9946 or 1.800.736.8407.

Sign-up for mobile banking by downloading the MidSouth Mobile app from the iTunes store.

Our mobile banking is a solution that enables credit union members to use their Apple device to initiate routine transactions and conduct research anytime, from anywhere. Members can view account balances and transaction history, view account alerts, initiate account transfers and pay bills.

Needs improvement
You can NOT take pictures of checks and deposit them, all my accounts that show on my desktop computer do NOT show in the app. It DOES work great to be able to see account and transfer between accounts. Sure wish the app was up to date like most banks are.

Idk why I even have an account with y’all

If your gonna have “federal credit union” in your name, u need to step up your app game MidSouth! Hello, mobile deposit?? Everyone does this, but Not MidSouth! And like why did I log in just fine earlier today, but now when I try to log in, the app wants me to set security questions?? I’ve already done them months ago, why am I having to do them again?? Which wouldn’t be that big a deal except every time I choose two questions and type in the answers, I click “submit”, and it does nothing…ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I hit the return button on the keyboard…nothing. I restart my phone…nothing. I restart my WiFi…nothing. I uninstall and reinstall the app…nothing

No Touch-ID

This application is horrible unless you just want to check your balance and do simple stuff. Can’t use touch-Id which means I have to type in every time I won’t access. Robins FCU has a much better application.
