Great format but slow going

Positive- It is a great game to play, there are things to do daily, and keeps me interested with the quickness of actions, characters are progress and there are cards that you collect to upgrade the fighting grunts. It is interesting to find the next characters to collects cards for. Negative side - sometimes it’s a little slow to make progress, wait times for rewards are a little long, staying on the app to get additional rewards is just waiting. There is not enough to do all the time and I find myself coming back once to twice a day to do tasks. There are so many characters to use that I use auto play to fight, not sure on the link between main character group and the fighting grunts... it is a little complex and will take time to learn the relationships to better use the grunts more effectively. Final analysis- reminds me of Idle Heroes with character upgrades and multiple combinations to fight other people. It is simple at first and walks you through the progress and at times is slow. Only a week playing this app and I see other-multiple games that have the same format. 4 star for ease of play and creativity, but lacks explanation of relationships of characters and for the length of time to unlock between every time you level up (play time and advancement for a beginner is similar to playing an app for a year, takes the same amount of time to unlock new things no matter how long you have been playing the game).

Hi! My name is Shayla and I love playing this game! I get on every day for hours cause it’s just such a captivating game! The aesthetic is so professional and looks super cool! I love the game play and how you can collect each character and learn all their neat abilities! You can create your own team with different warlords and pets! Interacting with other players is fun too! Sharing advice is always a plus. If your one to spend a lot of money on a game this may be a good game for you. If you don’t like to or have the money to do such a thing like me; it’s still quite fun to play. You level up and advance almost just as fast! THERE ARE NO ADS WHATSOEVER!!!!! Every now and then they will throw in ads so that you can collect your chests sooner for completing quests but I don’t think they’ll do it again. Of there is anything wrong with the game I’d say that as a non purchasing player, it can be a little rough at times to advance. Also, it takes a lot longer to collect the gold necessary to level up as you get deeper into the game. So I think that should be changed. I know they said no ads but it would be nice to be able to watch an ad while collecting the daily, weekly, and monthly rewards to get that extra boost. Other then that, it’s a great game to play for everyone of all ages!! Hope y’all have fun!!

Fun game but it has its issues

I like this game the actual system of the game is fun. There are multiple strategies you can play and a decent amount of modes to play.However it has some serious downsides:1.) The pay to win is super strong. In the PVP it is super obvious when other players have sunk in a bunch of to buy cards, pets, and leaders, and the ones that cost a ton of money give pretty huge advantages over the free or cheap options. Which I get it the developers want to make money. However the pay to win in the story mode (a FTP players bread and butter) is even worse, the progression ramps up way too fast, the enemy leaders have stupidly broken abilities, the enemy cards are on way higher levels than you very quickly. I should get first turn killed by an opponent with little to no ability to effect that outcome, but I’ve had it happen more than once.2.) The crashing…dear god the crashing this needs to be fixed. The game crashes all the time and you lose resources and matches when it does. Many times I have been on the brink of winning a match, only have the game crash and instead get credited with a loss. Which is bad enough when it is a free match (brawl or battle) but in events when it consumes resources to have matches and you can pay literal real world money for gems to get more chances, and you lose because the game crashes it is super frustrating. Stack this with the pay to win elements and it is even worse as if you crash on a level where you have struggled for a long time it is even more frustrating.

The game is pretty good, but it is a game of patience. If you expect to build the strongest squad in your first couple months you will be disappointed. This game involves lots of grinding, so be prepared. Some people complain about this being a pay to win game, and it is not. You can pay for some premium things, which will help you move up a little faster, but there are options for people that don’t want to spend any real money on the game. They also have ways to build up gems (the main in-game currency) without buying them with real cash. There is a bit of a learning curve with this game though, so I highly recommend joining the discord group to learn the common pitfalls that new players face. The in-game teacher disciple mode isn’t that great, so again, join the discord group. The support staff is really good in this game, they usually get in touch with you within about an hour or so of receiving your email. They are currently in the middle of rebalancing the game as some modes are harder than others, so they are trying to make it more fair for new players. Try it out, it is a pretty fun game! There are a few things that could changed though. We often deleague to get more winning streaks. Normally you have to start a battle and either lose or surrender. Then you battle your way bak up. It would be really cool to have an option that let you deleague to whichever league you wanted. You would still have to battle your way back up, but you would no longer have to waste time losing battles. It is nice to see that the pit is a little easier now, as I just might be able to get a legendary from it. Keep up the good work! My game id is HFYNSM.
