No worth having it anymore

This was a very good app. when I first started using it, then they updated it and changed it. Now they are requesting a monthly or yearly fee for less benefits then what I was originally getting for free. They have now limited it so you can only count five trips today and it’s only a portion of the miles you drive. They did another update yesterday and now instead of being able to cash in Miles for gift cards every day it’s every 72 hours. The gift cards are sometimes $0.25 $0.50 $0.75 and a $1.00. However, they are not available very often. I did really enjoy the app and had referred my son, who download it, and had over 100,000 miles accumulated but since he hadn’t logged in for two months they took 100,000 points for inactivity. He thought he was still accumulating miles and didn’t see any point of logging into the app as he wasn’t going to use them yet. He wanted to let them build up. He did not receive anything saying they were changing everything and I would deduct such a drastic amount of miles in that timeframe. He has now discarded the app. and as soon as I can use up my miles, I will also get rid of it. The app is not worth having anymore!!?

As our gift card rewards are released with limited quantities, we try our best to ensure all users have the opportunity to redeem for rewards. Only users who have not opened Miles for 60 days or more will see a deduction of miles in order to provide a delightful user experience with top tier account security. Additionally, we have introduced many features such as Surveys, Shop & Earn, Refer a Friend, Trivia, etc. that allow users to earn thousands of miles in a single day.

PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM

I downloaded this app over a month ago and now all of a sudden the app itself don’t even want to work. and I know it’s the app because then I used My Son ‘s phone and downloaded the app and it’s doing the same thing there. once I open the app. and at the bottom, it says Home, then to the right of that it says answer and that’s where you answer your trivia but then I click on the next one and it won’t even load up anything to where I can set my trip on where I went and what for. It says unable to load data at this time. It’s been acting this way for close to a week now. I thought maybe the app needed to be updated but nope that’s not the problem. It’s the app itself. and then after I earned over 5000 miles, I tried to go and redeem that for cash. and it’s saying that I only have 2500 miles to spend that I didn’t have enough it takes 5000 points to get $3.00 in cash. and it takes 7500 points to get $5.00 in cash. I have already redeemed cash of $5.00 one timeand then I have redeemed $3.00 twice. Never had a problem until now and within the last almost a week ago. I would appreciate it if I could use the app. because it no longer works correctly. It’s a great app. It is legit a lot of people like it until something like this happens. so please fix the app so others and myself can continue to enjoy using the app because I love the trivia that’s on there. By y’all having trivia within the app we learned so much. And it’s a lot of fun.

Questionable Data Storage

I liked the app in the beginning because it didn’t take up much space and it provided me with decent rewards for my shared information. Since I joined in July 2022, the app has made some adjustments as all apps are expected to do. Rewards got difficult to obtain, they changed the point tiering system & how many rewards you earn to reap the rewards of sharing your data. Hard part with any amount of change is sticking it out to see how it levels out…but they never stopped changing it and this year they made it highly difficult to cash out your rewards to either gift cards or PayPal. Just before deleting the app, it seems they took the feedback from other users because the reward cash out has returned to a more consistent pace (used to be 2 were rewarded to the quickest visitor every 1.5hrs). My giant gripe was how the app in 2022 would take up around 4-8gb on my phone and now it takes 20gb+. I’m not upgrading my phone when ALL OF MY OTHER APPS take less and there’s been no explanation for why the app takes so much storage. I use another data tracking app for rewards and it takes up about 5gb. My phone can’t handle their storage capacity requirement so I’m deleting the app. Yes I stuck this particular issue out for about a year because it’s a decent app. Give it a try and formulate your own opinion.
