Mobile banking

You have made it so easy to float money from one account to another. No more going out in fear my purse will be stolen with an uncashed check in it. Now I can transfer from the safety of my own home! Excellent!

This app doesn’t follow industry standards

Once Face ID let’s a user in the app, it should allow them to transfer money and pay bills without having to enter their password.

Other banking app standard behavior is to use Face ID once to log into the app. After that you’re allowed to move around freely within the app.

Milford bank app makes you enter passwords to do this. I suggest change the behavior to follow other app behavior, or at minimum use Face ID for bills and transfers instead of manual password entry.

Does not work well

The mobile app does not work well. At least once a month, the app does not work and I cannot log in. This week, the online personal banking login did not work - this was true with using a desktop computer as well. I was not able to transfer money which caused an overdraft.

Other than the lack of use ability, the features are great when the app is up and running.
