MillHoy, you are a true beast!! Your work is supreme, I can’t get enough. I have been exercising for many years and I consider myself an intermediate/ advanced athlete and let me tell you, apparently I haven’t seen or felt anything until did one of the videos. The first time I did a video and it just clicked, that’s everything that I have been missing in my workouts. Challenging, exciting, creative and oh so rewarding. I go to the gym about 4-5 times a week and I aim to do 2 videos a week to change up the exercise routine and style. Doing these videos truly changed my game. I am so much better with my balance, I am cut and have a very strong core, my endurance is out of control. I tell anyone and everyone about this app, so worth it. MillHoy, you are the most creative and exciting trainer I’ve ever worked with and the entire world need to know about you and your work! Keep it up.*Fist bump*

My husband and I use the app several times each week and we love it. Millionaire has a very clean, honest, and fun humor. The app is very user friendly. There is serious variety in choosing workouts so they don’t get repetitive. Additionally modifications are available for almost all moves. The following formats are available:1.) challenge format- you do a set amount of days with a specific goal.2.) timed workouts (10 minutes to 90 minutes) 3.) style of workout ex: no equipment vs equipment, stretching/yoga, and Targeting a specific muscle group etc. 4.) target calorie workout (hitting a specific number of calories burned 5.) limited space or noise workouts 6.) indoor and outdoor workouts 7.) beginner, intermediate, and advanced level options Calories are tracked in the workout which is a phenomenal tool. I have a Fitbit and I find I’m often in between the highest number and the lower one on the screen which is to be expected since I’m a female and we burn on average 30% less than men. We recently renewed the annual fee and to us it’s 100% worth the price. It takes the guesswork out of having the plan a workout and we appreciate all the hard work that has gone into making this app and all the workouts!

I’ve been doing Hoy workouts for years. The App has been awesome. You can select workouts based off of the time you have, the area you want to hit, or the level of intensity. You can also do a program that’s structured for a certain amount of days so you can really continue to show up for yourself. The workout set ups themselves are the best virtual workouts I’ve come across with built in warm ups and cool downs and timer clock. The best part is that he’s doing each workout with you. There’s never any shame or pressure, just positivity, motivation, humor, and a great workout.

I just am so glad I discovered this channel before it went paid! I’m cheap and lazy and with all the free yoga available online,I figured I would just migrate to another site. To make a long story shorter, a past workout related hip injury flared up big time when I stopped my daily deep stretches on his you tube channel so I bought in and have not regretted it! He ends up being an expert at ATP ( anterior pelvic tilt) and recovery yoga/deep stretches that keep me pain free. If I had been doing his stretches all along I might never have been injured in the first place!
