Хотел прокатится на самокате пишет пополнить баланс на 1000 чтоб смогли прокатится пополнил взял 1 вообще не работал еле набрал газ кнопка не работала корректно хотел взять другой говорит у вас нет денег как так я де только что на 1000пополнил звоню оператору говорит 1000драм это минимум чтоб взять самокат на самом дело изначально надо било писать что на балансе должно бить 1000драм чтоб взять самокат а не пополните баланс на 1000

Добры добрый день. Спасибо за обратную связь, самокаты совершенно новые и неисправности у самокатов нет, скорее всего у вас был тариф 15 километров в час.
А если вы не хотите пополнять 1000 др каждый раз то подкрепить вашу карту и все произойдёт автоматически.
