I had a lucid dream!!

I’ve been doing the meditations in this app and writing my dreams down every day... and I had a lucid dream! In the dream I was at a cookout with my friends and I started flying from table to table, showing everyone I could fly- my one friend asked me how I was able to do it and I wondered that myself... I did a quick reality test (like I learned from the app) and then I realized I was dreaming! Immediately I flew away from the party and into the most beautiful city I’ve ever seen. It was so detailed and brightly colored and I felt like I discovered heaven or utopia or something - weird I know but that’s how it felt! I flew around for a while and then I woke up because I was overwhelmed by the beauty and how exciting it was. Can’t wait to go back there in my next lucid dream. Get the app!!!

Guiding my journey to deeper consciousness

Mind awake has been extremely helpful with my goal to be a more conscious sleeper and take greater control and thoughtfulness in another dimension of life. After all - being able to harness our dreams is just one step on the road to a more fulfilling life! Mind awake has been so crucial in helping me explore and adventure in the other third of each day that we spend sleeping. Before I used to feel like sleep was just a waste of time or a necessary part of staying healthy, but now thanks to mind awake it’s one more adventure to look forward to every day.

Finally!! An app I can get behind! This app has every feature I have been looking for, and it’s super user friendly. I love the educational portion and appreciate the effort that went into making the information clear and easy to comprehend. The reminders help keep me accountable and I’ve really enjoyed the journaling, as well. The mediations are not too wordy (which bothered me with other apps) and the guys voice is very calming. I have lucid dreamed once and it was kinda trippy but also cool. I can’t wait to continue this practice and will forever use this app! If you’re on the fence—Just download it. You won’t be disappointed!
