  • iPad version needs full screen option

    Lula Jean

I have used and love the app on my iPhone for a long time. As an aging adult I decided to add the app to my iPad as I thought it would be easier to view the schedule in a larger format. Unfortunately, I deleted the app immediately because there was no option to make it full screen. The window was scarcely larger than my iphone screen so I saw no point in keeping it.

  • Author of app should try using it

    OGbasics

As a family member, when I schedule a class each time I have to select me before booking the class even when I’m booking multiple classes. Trying to configure turn off notifications or changing from email to text seems impossible. I can only review a class from the notification and can’t review by clicking on the class I just took. The app faq is a mile long with dozens of other links. Who wants to read an faq novel? I could go on and on. The app developer should try using their app. 😢

  • Worst app I’ve ever used

    MandyCGC

This app is the most horrible thing ever created. It doesn’t recognize basic functions like logging in. You can’t edit your profile. I can’t even book a class! I try using the web browser to go direct to their website site. It won’t load. How any business is able to run their bookings off this app is beyond me. They are all likely losing business and don’t even know it. Please fix this abomination so that it actually works!

  • Signed Up for Yoga, Got Ads Instead

    flyingfrog7

They feed you ads every time you sign up for a class. Recently, they redesigned their homepage and pushed favorites to the bottom, so every time I open the app to sign up for a class at my yoga studio, the first thing I see is new offerings, pushing me to “explore” other things in my area. But they still haven’t figured out how to provide a weekly or monthly schedule view like other apps do. You have to click through the schedule day by day manually. All they seem to care about is marketing more stuff to you. The whole point of “favorites” is that you can access them right away, instead of scrolling through their “offerings” to get to them. Some of us don’t use the app to search for new experiences. We just want to sign up for our classes without anything else thrown at us. I wish my studio hadn’t switched to this app for scheduling. If there were any other way to sign up for my classes, I’d delete it immediately.

  • Extremely Annoyed with How Glitchy the App is

    Zoey8563

While this is a great app for fitness classes, it is so incredibly glitchy. On two different occasions I have went to cancel a class and it cancels the wrong class! Which can is really annoying when the class it cancels that you want to go to is full so you can’t attend that class anymore even though you never intended to cancel it. The other problem I have is that I currently have class passes as well as an unlimited membership and the app always defaults to the passes. Not a big deal when I book the class because I just need to remember to switch to the unlimited. But the problem is when I get off a waitlist, it will use the pass. Even if I book the class through the unlimited membership on the passes tab. Please fix these glitches!!!!!!

  • Biased Reviews & Negative Customer Service Experience

    Callista19

I tried to leave a review on the app for a business that I tried contacting via phone three times and went to in person and they were non-responsive and non-communicative entirely. So I wanted to leave that review and the mind-body bot would not allow me to, and when I would request information it would cut me off mid chat and end the chat I have screenshots of this and it would not give me a contact info for human at Mindbody either. That was not a great follow up customer service experience and it not allowing me to leave a negative review about the communication issues with the business leaves that business with all five star reviews, which is not truthful to the customer experience.
