My new morning routine!

What a great app for starting your day on the right path. Instead of waking up and mindlessly scrolling through Facebook, spending a few minutes in the morning on this app will help me focus my energy and be mindful on what I want to accomplish during the day. Also, a perfect tool to use when I’m feeling stressed and need to take a few minutes to regroup.

I recently found this app and I thought I would try it out. So far very easy to use. I put in my mood and pick out one of the videos they recommend and watch it. Very inspiring very informative I would highly recommend this app. I can’t wait to tell everyone about it.
