This app enables you to check if you are focusing on yourself by label your thoughts as "Past" or "Future" during mindfulness meditation.
how to use
1. Select how long you meditate and tap Start button.
2. During meditation, I recommend you hold your iPhone with your each thumbs touching Past and Future button. Releasing one of the buttons makes your device sound and record the number of times you tap the buttons.
