The app is simple and straightforward and designed with the purpose to teach actionable and repeatable meditation practices. The content is topical, fun and models the experiences I’m living through. What I most appreciate is that the instructor is certified and an actually runs her own private practice. That in my mind speaks volumes to the credibility of the app. It’s a must have!

Connecting to the present is one of the most challenging things to do but also one of the most valuable things we can strive do. The Mindful Minute App facilitates this critical practice and promotes a balanced life. Highly recommend!

You can teach an old dog new tricks!

This is my first attempt at trying mindfulness in my retirement. So far this has been amazing at teaching me how to meditate. The Mindfulness class is the best. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!
