The app is missing items the website has. For example there are no items in blouses but there is if you just access the website. Shopping is also difficult you have to go into each category individually, you can’t browse all tops, or all bottoms, etc. This makes it very difficult, time consuming, and frustrating to shop. I end up giving up and more than likely don’t purchase items that I would have bought otherwise.

The app does not allow you access to your rewards, and referral links like the website does. I do love how you don’t always have to page forward as you are scrolling it will auto load additional items. It would be a 5 if those key functions became available.

I have been shipping here for years and genuinely adore this boutique! The photos of the models are clear and I feel they typically give a good representation of the products. The new releases that drop every Monday is a great and fun way to start the week! I really appreciate the free shipping as well.

Fast, cart is convenient, easy to add wishlist items, no need to scroll down to the bottom because all the info you need is in one place. Infinitely better than shopping online and the app upgrade is even better

I have double hoodies I bought from this company seven years ago and they're in great condition. Compare them to a couple I bought about a month ago and I noticed right away that the fabric was low quality and thin by comparison. Like the fabric you find on clothes from Walmart or Ross. They reveal every bump and wobble you want to hide.The armpit of the new double hoodies has started to pill after only ONE month!!! The seven year old hoodies have never pilled ANYWHERE! I will never spend another dollar with this over priced company. Their standards have fallen dramatically.
