You just indicate whether you had a good Ok or bad day tell the reasons why and then what you would change. Not sure how these folks make money as I saw an ad on Facebook and I tried it. Might be okay to see results in the future. Doesn’t have the big graph as advertised.

It helps me to chart my days and incentivizes me to have better days. Very simple which is part of its brilliance.
