In the age of intrigue parting the waters of communication, particularly banking, leaves little room for error. It took me less than a minute to smile once I had the new app setup, then spoke with the local branch sweetheart that opened my account. Most of that conversation was spent on congratulating each other on how easy, better and more productive we both felt. You could say we both had a brief moment of financial culture shock due to the ease of operation of the new app. We ended the call actually teaching each other things too. It was great! This new app is difficult if not impossible to use. The bill pay is not reliable enough to trust. I have attempted to pay three bills. The first one for $3500 was lost somehow, I was charged with all sorts of fees. The second bill did go through for $150 but then I attempted to pay another bill 2 1/2 weeks later to the same place and was unable to. I called the bank and they said that I could not change the sending date and I should set up a payment plan. I do not have regular bills of the same amounts at these stores. Then they tell me to mail the payment to the store and not use bill pay. So I ask what is the point of dealing with this program. I have used the Minnwest bill pay for many years. It was good and easy to use until Somebody decided to improve it. My bill is due in 7 days. There should not be a problem but here I am with a huge problem. Sincerely. Sally Thayer, St. Cloud, MN.

This bank has come a long way with their app. Also, expect a call from the fraud department if they notice anything suspicious regarding your account and or charges. They definitely have your security of services rendered as a number one priority. A great group of service associates and very thorough and knowledgeable.

This app is frustratingly inconsistent and in my opinion is a downgrade from the previous one. Almost every time I’m attempting to transfer funds, the account list won’t load in the drop down lists on the transfer page. I usually have to restart the app several times before they finally load so I can select those accounts for the transfer. Lately I have also had issues with the Home Screen loading properly (it will open as a navy blue box instead of the account boxes and recent transactions), but tapping the home button again or refreshing the page seems to resolve that. If they could fix these issues (ESPECIALLY on the transfer page) it could potentially be a really great app.
