I found that your packing to how to dispose was easy to follow, easy to understand. Having the virtual directions left no room for errors. I was very impressed with the packaging, the package labeling and easy to follow. The virtual assistant had a pleasant voice, enough time to complete the tasks and how to get my results was a piece of cake!!!😄

Good but takes too long

I read the steps a couple of days ago. It wanted my first urine from the day. The first time I wake up I usually am desperate to go and at least some goes into my pull-up so that wasn’t happening. This morning after I used the bathroom I went back to bed. When I woke up I didn’t feel I had to go…I hadn’t drank anything after being up the first time. I knew I was supposed to wash my hands before doing it. Fortunately I had read through the instructions and had an idea what was coming. I clicked into the app and started washing my hands…I finished washing my hands and the video was still going. Overall the video was helpful but I went from not needing to go to desperate before it was ready to let me take my sample. It would be better if the patient was told to read the instructions and watch the video before they are ready to preform the test because it takes too long for most people to hold a bladder before they can empty it.

Made the mistake of scanning it with my scanner on my iPhone, which sent me to a website to sign up for the scanner and took my credit card and charge me $1.50. My mistake I should have just pushed the scan button at the bottom of the screen which would’ve sent the results directly to you for these results are about two hours after I did the test are they still valid??
