Update to review

[updated April 6] I had to delete app on roku to get it to delete on my desktop.

Did not work for me. I tried to uninstall and it won't uninstall -- says it's currently running so it can't uninstall. I looked at what's running.. not on list. What the heck is this program? I can't delete it...

Developer Response ,

In the status menu, there is a quit menu to quit the app

Doesn’t work? Can’t uninstall? HERE IS HOW TO UNINSTALL/DELETE

This app did not work for me, and it did not give the option to uninstall. Even when Force Quit is used and app is not running, when selecting Move to Trash an error message says app cannot be deleted because it is open (but it’s definitely not). If you have the same issue I highly recommend removing the app, because leaving it installed on your hard drive could pose possible security risks.

HERE IS HOW TO UNINSTALL & DELETE THIS APP:
1. restart Mac in Safe Mode (press shift as soon as power up begins and hold until finished loading)
2. once logged in, open Finder and select Applications
3. select "Mirror- for Roku TV” and Move to Trash (either click and drag or right-click and select option)
4. go to Trash and select application and any related contents
5. select Delete Immediately to ensure application is fully uninstalled (you can now restart your Mac to exit Safe Mode)
note: for this to work you must make sure that app does NOT start during boot process (right-click app in Dock and select Options, make sure “Open at Login” is unchecked)

Dear Maybe you want to know why it is slow, it is really hard to explain, the mirror feature need Mac, router, TV, three devices, any of mis-configuration of these three devices, it might failed. Any way I suggest you to have a try with the “More Issue Diagnosis” in the app, it will show the help and if it still can not help, please send the log file to me. But I have to say a famous line in a TV show “IT Crowd”. Have you tried to turn it off and on again? LOL. Reboot your router or switch to another network will help in most case. BTW, make sure you have not open any firewall or VPN or antivirus app in your Mac, they will block the mirror network. Anyway you can send an email to me support@7littlemen.com To uninstall it, just quit the app, then you can uninstall it.

Used Up All of the Trial Time Trying To Figure Out How To Work The Thing

Used Up All of the Trial Time (Well Almost all of it. I had 2 minutes left.) Trying To Figure Out How To Work The Thing. This doesnt even stream the audio along with it! Oh, thats another app to download [inaert eyeroll here]. Wwwwaaayyy too much of a hassle to stream one tv show episode from my MacBook to a Roku. Much easier to stream it the good 'ol fashioned, hassle-free way (compared to this app anyways): connecting my MacBook to my Roku using a HDMI cord. Such a hassle and so not worth it that I orfeited the two remaining "free trial minutes" that I had and promptly uninstalled this horrid app.
