Why is this app not number 1???
Works for streaming movie files great!
I’ve tried 8 other apps and this is the simplest one to use and its free!
I’ve got a really dodgy set up too, it’s a spare 2013 non smart Samsung TV hooked up to a 2012 airport express 2nd gen with an ethernet cable from the ‘90s!!!
And for what I asking it to do it’s doing it perfectly, I can even fast forward, rewind and pause the movie on the TV remote.
Also the interface is the easiest to use out of all the ones I’ve tried on this whole (oh why not just give it a try and see what happens) journey of a project, I can’t believe it works!
No subscription, no 20 minute trial period, perfect for what I was looking for.

garbage. do not upgrade
Sure you can stream for free----with NO AUDIO and very poor quality.
So I then paid to upgrade....the audio didn't happen automatically...I then had to DOWNLOAD an audio program with very poor english translation. After all that, it STILL wouldn't work. No audio and the picture would go black when screen sharing. Such a waste of time. Now I need to waste more time trying to get my money back.
