Awesome exercises, app could be improved
I’ve been doing this app for about 2 weeks and here’s what I think: Good- workouts are 🔥 🔥. Seriously amazing and I am already seeing my work paying off. The moves are not your typical gym moves. There’s a good mix of cardio and body weight strength and stretching so combined you get a nice look altogether. The workouts are also quick and can be done in under 20 minutes. The food is delicious and simple so it’s really easy to make it. There’s a lot of fish recipes (which I like) but maybe not ideal if you don’t. But there’s plenty of chicken and vegetarian options too. I like all the desserts the most. Bad- You can’t track if you’ve done a workout or how many you have done so you have to keep track in your head or elsewhere. I feel like it would be a lot more motivation if you could just see how many workouts you’ve done each week and how many meals you’ve cooked from the app. Also, going through the workout would be better if I could see all the moves right away. There’s a chart that shows them but you have to go to it separately so you can’t see the move being demonstrated at the same time. Overall I’d say it’s worth your while.

I’m a grad student and really have no time to work out or cook or anything you might consider being healthy but my sister started doing this app and wouldn’t stop talking about it so I tried it. And I love it!!!! I can’t even believe that I can get the workouts in. I’m doing about 3 of the workouts every week and they take me about 20 minutes each. I wish I had more time to do the rest of the workouts because I see how amazing they are. As for the cooking, I’ve made the recipes that take less than 15 minutes and there’s actually tons of them. They’re very simple for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time but the best part is the shopping list which makes it easy to get everything necessary. All the smoothie recipes are really good – I like the beet one the best – it’s this gorgeous magenta color. Very instagrammable. The point is – if you don’t have a lot of time but you want to try to be healthy this app makes it

Healthy recipes on fleek
I really like the recipes and have been making them. It’s worth getting and doing this app for the food alone. Everything is really good and so so so simple to make. I can’t stress it enough. A person who has no idea how to cook or has never been in the kitchen would be able to make these meals. But they’re still super healthy. And even though they are simple they have a lot of flavor and interesting concepts overall. Like the sea bass recipe is so good. Every meal includes something interesting like wild rice or some spice that really adds to the flavor. And because the recipes are simple and clear to follow, once you make them a few times you can figure out how to adjust them to your specific preferences - if you’re into that. I’ve expanded on a few recipes in there by adding in a vegetable here a spice there but they were based on the original mission lean recipes. I think they could do a better job of letting you search for recipes by ingredient, allergy, etc. but at least they mark all of those things very clearly. I’m allergic to nuts so it’s important for me to know this stuff. If the program could have just cut out all the nut recipes it would have been better for me.

We are cognizant of members of our community who have food allergies and must be careful about recipes and want to make it even easier for them to use the app by allowing them to choose nut-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free versions.
