20 minute workouts that work
I work 80+ hours a week and barely have any time for exercise but obviously I want to stay in shape as much as possible. I found this app and program inside of it extremely useful because I only have 30-45 minutes a day to work out (and I really work hard to make even that happen.) But even with the limited time, that is the perfect amount of time to complete the necessary workouts and successfully do the program. So I'm in and out of the gym in less than an hour and I feel really good. The workouts are really challenging so I break a sweat every time. As for the food, I look at the recommended meals but haven't really had time to cook them. But I use it more for direction on what to eat when I order things at restaurants and try to find something comparable to the suggested meals. It works for me.

Thanks for your feedback. We designed this app specifically for busy people who don't want to waste time working out. Mission Lean is great because it gives you the results that you thought you would need to spend hours and hours in the gym for. But you don't need to train for a long time! You only need to train smart and effectively. And we're so proud of you for killing it at work and not letting your fitness slide one bit!
Healthy recipes on fleek
I really like the recipes and have been making them. It’s worth getting and doing this app for the food alone. Everything is really good and so so so simple to make. I can’t stress it enough. A person who has no idea how to cook or has never been in the kitchen would be able to make these meals. But they’re still super healthy. And even though they are simple they have a lot of flavor and interesting concepts overall. Like the sea bass recipe is so good. Every meal includes something interesting like wild rice or some spice that really adds to the flavor. And because the recipes are simple and clear to follow, once you make them a few times you can figure out how to adjust them to your specific preferences - if you’re into that. I’ve expanded on a few recipes in there by adding in a vegetable here a spice there but they were based on the original mission lean recipes. I think they could do a better job of letting you search for recipes by ingredient, allergy, etc. but at least they mark all of those things very clearly. I’m allergic to nuts so it’s important for me to know this stuff. If the program could have just cut out all the nut recipes it would have been better for me.

Thanks for writing your review! We want to make it easier to search through the recipes, too so we are working on that feature. We are cognizant of members of our community who have food allergies and must be careful about recipes and want to make it even easier for them to use the app by allowing them to choose nut-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free versions.
Getting lean forever
I thought I was a healthy eater but after starting this program I realized there were so many things I was doing that weren’t good for me. Which is why I never really got the results that I was looking for. For example I used to eat so much cheese, and with this diet I stopped craving it altogether. There’s no cheese in any of the recipes and really not any dairy at all. At first I didn’t follow the plan exactly to a T but after about 10 days I really committed and then by the end of the program I started to feel amazing. Even my skin got better. Like everything improves — the workouts become more enjoyable, you look forward to the gym, etc etc. this has been a blessing in my life. I’m never gonna quit this now. Living lean forever ! <3
