Description
With the Mississippi 811 Mobile App facility operators, excavators and homeowners can quickly and easily enter new locate requests or search for existing locate requests. Submit Locate Request information to the Mississippi 811 Call Center, any time day or night. Search for previously submitted locate requests by ticket number or by providing a date range and basic information about the locate request. View the locate request information as well as the work site on Mississippi 811's map. The Mississippi 811 Mobile App also provides links for upcoming events, news, and the APWA uniform color code for marking underground utility lines. Existing Mississippi 811 portal users can log in with their existing account. New users can create an account through the Mississippi 811 Mobile App which will also allow access to the online member portal at www.ms811.org.
