As soon as an app wasn’t rewarding me points after receiving prior points I emailed them multiple times. Still never heard back or got any response. I was supposed to be rewarded a lot of points after playing this game for days but they just refused to interact with me or helped to resolve the issue. I did allow tracking of my data and everything but the tracking system seems to pick and choose what it wants to pick up on. The game wasn’t downloaded prior to me downloading this app either, and that’s what makes it frustrating. I put all this time and effort only to be ignored and lied to.

I play different reward apps like just play and cash em all. The apps I mentioned have actually tracked my play and paid me. I’ve also used Swagbucks and Kash kicks. Those have also paid but I’ve had to pay in to them and I’ve actually been screwed over on them. There were times that they wouldn’t track my pay fairly either. Just play and cash em all I’ve never had to spend a penny and I’ve always been paid without issue. This mistplay just made me mad! This is the worst reward app I’ve ever tried! I tried gardenscapes and words with friends which I love both of them but mistplay never ever gave me credit for them at all no matter how much I played! I reached out with no response! They did give me some credit for them at all games I couldn’t stand but I don’t want to play those games! I want to play something I actually enjoy and get paid for it like I was supposed to! This is the worst app of them all and I really regret trying with it! I got fed up and deleted it and just forfeited my earnings because I don’t feel like playing the stupid games to have enough credit to cash out. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your effort because there are amazing apps out there that actually pay and have great games! Cash em all is my favorite!

**Updated review: Changing my review rating thanks to the clarification of the developer which helps a lot. I will be making another account on my ipad to use it since I like Mistplay.** Old review: So I’ve been using Mistplay for months and so far so good…on my samsung phone. So I try to sign in to that account using the phone number option on the iPad and it immediately crashes and kicks me out without any option. There’s no gmail option to login, just Apple Login and Phone. Would like to be able to continue using Mistplay here too but until it lets me use my original account, I guess I have no choice to wait or end up having to make a new account here. :/

I have been playing several games for a couple of weeks now and they are not giving me all of my points mostly the big big points so I will have a bigger cash out they are not giving them to me I have to submit a request every day sometimes about 3 times a day I am getting very frustrated and irritated and fed up with them I just want all of my points Bingo that I put in my time to accumulate, I’m getting very very angry.
