MiTools 4+

Great App for Mac Users

The tool allows me to use both digital capture devices that I use in my casework. It had been time consuming having to edit and annotate everything in Photoshop. The MiTools app takes care of all of that. It captures great images, has zoom capabilities, and allows me to edit images in one application. The time stamp gives me the ability to accurately display when work was performed for my discriminating customers. The company offers great support when needed.

Great for technical use

I use aCelestron 5MP Dugital Microscope Pro. Celestron dropped the ball after the Catalina upgrade. PhotoBooth shows an inverted picture in view mode- guess I could have viewed thru a mirror.

Celestrons software would not allow measuriments and did not preserve x y ratio when resized.

I use this to document dark matter component build and to check PCB layout - both benifit from being capable of measuriment.

A must for forensi examiners and general research.

I have worked with these developers for many years in my forensic practice and they have been wonderfully responsive to the needs of their users. Agreat way to capture and annotate photomicrographs!
