Mitsubishi Electric Loyalty Rewards participants can also register products and earn points using these new product registration tools and features.

App doesn’t work
Called today to report a problem that has been going on since Jan 1, 2020. When using the app and entering the model number it doesn’t have the drop down menu anymore. I know how to use the app. I’ve been using it for almost 2 years now. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it with no luck. I called today to support and tried to explain the issue to the woman on the phone and her response was that she hasn’t heard of any problems with it so there must not be any problems with it. Had she actually listened to me she would have realized that I was trying to report a problem. So she told me to just use the desktop site and made it sound like I was doing something wrong. Again let me stress, I’ve been using the app for 2 years now and I know how to use it. That phone call made absolutely no sense.
Biggest flop ever! Promised me and my customer 10 year warranty then can’t even provide real software to complete it! Don’t waste you time with Mitsubishi buy a Samsung instead.
