Have been a problem to connect last week and actually now for my biz team and me and also we are paying for the service, do you have idea what’s happening ?

The Service is Unreal

I host a weekly livestream of Band Practice. When I broadcast my first show I was having difficulties (user error). I opened the live chat feature to air my frustration. I was met quickly with a response from John, a most helpful app developer. I had been improperly routing my own boards signal. I haven’t had an issue since and when I’ve had questions I’ve gotten quick responses from John. I can’t really say enough about this app or the guys and/or gals who support it. They’ve won my loyalty and it feels good to have a solid partner in our music adventure. Thanks Mixlr, you guys rock!!!

Needs some fine tuning

It’s a great app. I’ll start with that. I took 2 stars away for connectivity and esthetics. I hate, no matter how strong my connection is, that it’ll start buffering in the middle of what I’m listening to. And my last complaint is the lack of support for iPhone X, xs, and xs max. They could take advantage of these new large screens, but instead we have these large black borders.
