The Good and The Bad.
The shoes are 5 stars no doubt. But the customer service and response team gets 0 stars. I’ve been waiting about a month for my order, which is cool I’m not in a rush to get them. But when I ask about tracking updates, I get a automated message from giving a generic response. Once they have your money thang don’t care about you.
Makes things easier
This app is cool in that it re-designs the shopping experience in a way that is waaaay better for your phone. Feels much more natural and smooth-flowing than any website. Also cool bonus with the mobile-exclusive stuff like discounts, etc. Would recommend if you’re looking to shop for shoes in an easier way
App Is Clean, Simple, and effective.
If you were looking to find a way to keep up with new releases and be able to buy their shoes fast this app makes that possible. Love the upcoming shoes section. I find myself seeing a post and wondering when the shoe is actually going to release. This app keeps me up to date. Super easy to navigate and straight to the point.
