MLSwitcher 4+

Exactly what I was looking for: something simple to let me cycle layouts with a single shift press. Would be nice if it could distinguish between right and left shift, but I am not sure this is possible with the API.

It has one bug though: try to enter !, @, #, $ or any symbol above the digits in a password field with a cycle layout key beeing a shift. What happens, you press shift to enter a symbol, press the symbol, release the shift. At this moment layout is changing like if no character was pressed. Strangely enough it does not happen in any other edit field or in terminal, just when you type a password.

One minor flaw I'm experiencing with it on my Monterey M1 is as follows:
If I restart my mac having the input set to RU, then there is no problem: the MLS starts perfectly at boot.
However, if I do the same having the input set to EN, the MLS does not start at boot, so I have to first switch the input to RU using mouse and then launch MLS manually.
Any idea?

I was so happy when I found this app! But unfortunately it didn’t run on Sierra and still doesn't run on Catalina.

I launch it and then nothing happens! Please fix it. I can collaborate, if you need more details.

I don’t know is it me or is it just incompatibility with the OS. Searching on the net didn’t help this time. I will adjust the star rating as soon as I run the app.
