Can’t make my payment
Keep trying to make a payment early and it won’t let me, telling me my account status won’t allow me to make a payment. Tried calling customer service, after being disconnected and transferred around, they told me they would look into it and call me back. No one ever did. At the last minute, I was able to make a payment, but this month I am trying to pay early again and boom, it won’t let me. Seems to me they don’t want you to pay early where they make less $.
Unstable App
App is slow and wonky to login… enter your password or Face ID and wait… do not renter your password as prompted… your patients is rewarded with a opening to you account page. The brief user experience allows viewing your account Erich it quickly interrupted because the app crashes as soon as you scroll. If you are quick you can jump to the settings, but this is not of much use… I recommend using the website.
Crashes constantly
Everything you need is in this app, you can do everything away from your computer - in theory. Unfortunately, the app crashes constantly upon loading after about 5 seconds and renders it unusable.
