Has improved but still needs work

My first review was 2 starts but I’m giving it an extra star as of today!
The first time I used this app to stream the Love Live School Idol Festival app to Twitch it kept cutting and looping parts of the stream randomly and was super annoying. I’m happy to say that after trying again today I no longer had the cut and loop issue! The stream was stable for the most part, but my main issue now is that the picture quality is not consistent. The image is fairly clear (not completely crisp but good enough for streaming on mobile) if there isn’t much movement on the screen, but when things get too busy the quality freaks out and looks all glitchy. You can still technically see what’s happening enough if you’re really desperate or bored but I can’t see anyone sitting through a stream of that quality for very long. At one point I closed out of the app I was streaming and opened a different one but the stream only lasted so long before cutting itself off. That could have been because of switching the app but I’m not entirely sure. It didn’t have that issue until I switched and I was able to stream normally for the entire time I was playing the first game. I still believe this app has a lot of potential and could be a huge game changer if the image quality could be improved! I’m really happy to see adjustments for the better are being made by the team behind this app and I have faith that they’ll keep making progress until they get things perfect :)

Like But Not

Mobcrush was my first ever opportunity to stream. It felt great to actually try something like this out. I first downloaded Twitch to try to “go live”. But really it’s just your camera. I looked online for a solution to start streaming and I saw a website that said get Mobcrush!

When I downloaded Mobcrush they gave me good Instructions on how to set it up on your phone. So I did everything right and linked my device with Twitch and started my first Stream with Fortnite Battle Royale. Soon after I started it, it had a error message with the word null at the end of it. So your I have to restart your stream. Even looking at Twitch its very laggy and the audio doesn’t even work for people watching. I sent in two tickets and I hope soon that they can help me start a good stream.

Developer Response ,

Hello The Kicker outer. Thanks for the review and feedback! We're glad you heard about us when it comes to mobile video game streaming!

We apologize for the inconveniences in your live streams. We'll have our engineering teams look into this for you. Fortnite is still in the process of optimization and can take up necessary phone resources to live stream. That said, Mobcrush is also in the process of replacing our streaming servers for a more stable streaming experience. We see your tickets in the system, and if it helps feel free to join our community discord for more help!

Thanks again for using Mobcrush!

This app is going nowhere fast and it’s due to the constant issues with it. It offers a lot of good things but doesn’t deliver at all. And now I can’t even get past the start screen when I click on the app. I even deleted it from my iPad (I use the same account on my iPad and iPhone) and tried to log in again and it says my account is associated with another account which is my own so if I wanted to delete this from my phone, I wouldn’t even be able to sign in again. You people need to get your stuff together and fix/maintenance your app on a more regular basis. I know a lot of people are looking to leave Omlet Arcade so if you guys have it your best, people would leave that app and come here. Just make a community style atmosphere like they do and don’t charge money to stream to multiple platforms at once and you’ll take over. But, laziness will ultimately be your demise I’m sure and greed will ruin the more successful streaming apps.
