Description
The ultimate app for mystery shopping or market research fieldwork, MobiAudit™ allows scheduling, survey and data collection for mobile devices. Data can be collected online or offline for mystery shopping, client intercept surveys, exit surveys, targeted marketing surveys, internal audits, and many other types of studies.
MobiAudit™ is deployable to smartphones, tablets, netbooks, laptops, and other handheld devices, and can also be installed on kiosks and other customer interaction terminals to capture feedback at the exact instant when the customer experience is forged.
MobiAudit™ integrates with the Shopmetrics platform to enable your mystery shoppers, auditors, and other field workers to complete their assignments offline, allowing them to cover larger areas and easily and rapidly collect accurate data.
Please note that the "Auto-Alert Nearby Opportunities" functionality uses the device's GPS. Continued use of the GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. You can turn on/off this functionality from the settings menu.

Easy
Love the app. Great to use on the go when I am on a route. Love to do the survey as soon as I complete the shop.
Crashes
The app continues to crash on me unexpectedly when I'm trying to fill out my inspection reports. Really frustrating. Also isn't syncing my mobile version to the server so haven't been able to submit reports on time. Really needs a lot of work to fix basics. Don't recommend.
Crashes repeatedly !!
This app needs a lot of improvement. It crashes continuously, losing all my written data. It saves any photos, but written are all gone. This happens repeatedly on the same report sometimes. Done using this app until it improves.
