I thought I'd give it a test run, to see how it works. MobiAudit downloaded my shops from Shopmetrics (after I went through some trouble getting all of my shopmetrics companies added). That was so cool! I had a list of shops, with detailed info right on my iTouch and without too much effort. It downloaded the entire questionaires, also. I did some data entry on one, and while not perfect, I thought it was pretty good and I would fix it once I uploaded it.So I saved it, then synced it once I was back in my wi-fi. The problem is it deleted all of my data that I entered, and without uploading anything to the MS company. What a waste!I think what happened was in syncing it, it synced the "blank" form from the website on top of my completed form, instead of syncing the data I had entered up to the website's blank form.The concept is great, and I think it will elevate the whole mystery shopping industry. Right now, this is far too flakey for me to rely on.

I tested this app with one shop and it worked brilliantly. Today I went out and did a route of 15 and it worked well again. Until the sync, after which I was left with the data for only one of those shops. I don't get it. The one that actually synced correctly was not the first, nor the last, rather right in the middle of my route. No rhyme or reason to the glitch and uberfrustrating.

The app continues to crash on me unexpectedly when I'm trying to fill out my inspection reports. Really frustrating. Also isn't syncing my mobile version to the server so haven't been able to submit reports on time. Really needs a lot of work to fix basics. Don't recommend.

Need a lot of work! Love the idea but the program will not set up profiles and locks up while doing so. The program would be so helpful if operated properly. I would be willing to pay for a functional program. This one has a way to go before it worth more than one star.

This app needs a lot of improvement. It crashes continuously, losing all my written data. It saves any photos, but written are all gone. This happens repeatedly on the same report sometimes. Done using this app until it improves.

Love the app. Great to use on the go when I am on a route. Love to do the survey as soon as I complete the shop.
