Love it BUT…
I love the app it makes it super easy to navigate through everything but that’s where I start to get issues. I feel like it needs to be updated to remove the bugs. Every time I try to click on pay it kicks me out the app completely. Sometimes other service but it’s mainly when I click on pay rent. Just wanted to let you guys know. But I really love the app. Keep up the good work guys 🙏🏽
Helpful! Visual needs work though
The app works well accomplishing the actual tasks, such as placing reservations or sending messages, but the visual is really difficult because the areas to tap for the task bar at the bottom is obscured by the page you’re on. Also please update the bulletin board to show the text of the post when looking at photos attached to the post. It’s frustrating to have to go back to the main feed to see what the context was. Thanks!
1st experience w/Mobile Doorman
Most helpful with communication new apt bldg since past July. Receive (1) alerts for fire (2) notifications of pkg delv (3) requesting maintenance requests (very effective) (4) sharing intra-communication w/fellow tenants (5)messages from office staff. ❤️Mobile Doorman & have recommended to friend who moved away to own new apt bldg. Mobile Doorman a Must!-would not want to be w/o it.
