The actual website is EXTREMELY lacking in every aspect, is full of glitches (that they have not fixed since day one, and probably never will), but after being frustrated in continuous attempts, you can at least order the lunches. This App is COMPLETELY POINTLESS, since you can’t place orders, and is total trash!
I suggest using an actual PC, not a mobile phone, to navigate their incompetent website, and place orders. It has fewer glitches than when using a mobile phone.
Wouldn’t use if I had a choice
I’m forced to use this by the school district otherwise I wouldn’t. The $2 convenience fee seems excessive. The app asks if I want to store my credit card info on my phone so I can use it again in the future, but it doesn’t work. I check the box every time hoping it will some day work. Pretty sure my kids will move on to college and that won’t be fixed. There is no method of recurring deposits. In the scheme of things it’s a minor inconvenience, but it’s 2019 and as a financial this this one should have some more features.
This app does not have the main function needed, to actually order lunches for the students, what a waste! The website does offer this feature, but when ordering on the go with a phone, several glitches where it will not scroll right or left or up and down. I doubt that it will be fixed, currently this app is just app decor on my phone desktop!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
