Doesn’t even WORK!!

I can’t even get off the first screen where I search for my pharmacy. It keeps saying “Problem with connection.” I thought maybe it was my internet so I disconnected my WiFi and connected using 5G. I still got the same message. I tried force closing the app and uninstalling, all the usual user fixes. This is clearly an app issue that the devs need to fix! If I ever get past this screen; I can attempt to use the app and will follow up on my review. Till then; MobileRx,only deserves 0 stars ⭐️ but Apple forces me to at least rate it 1 ⭐️.

14 Pro camera doesn’t work w/this app

When I had my iPhone 11Pro it worked great with this app. Since I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 14 Pro the camera part of this app no longer works. It won’t focus no matter what I try. So I now can only manually enter the numbers to refill my prescriptions. Before I got my new phone I would’ve given this app 5 stars, now I can only give it 3 stars, because of this glitch. Please find a fix on the app for newer phones and I’ll change my rating.

Not happy with this app

The previous app was great. My wife and I could log in and select the appropriate scripts to refill, without a hitch. We were forced over to this app several months ago. Initially, neither of us could sign in or use, so we would manage to get in to the old app and submit our prescriptions. A few months later, this app started to work (on the most part) and there was no way we could still use the old app. Now, I can’t even sign in and my wife keeps getting kicked out. This app needs to be fixed ASAP!!!
