I used to love this app. But there’s been some bug issues since beginning of June it’s been showing all transactions but froze on the balance of my account. Still showing same amount that was in both my savings and checking at the beginning of June and not reflecting my current balances. I can still turn the card on and off but what help is it if it doesn’t show current balance. I have an Apple iPhone XS. I would give this app 5 stars if this problem is fixed.
After downloading I was able to use it for ATM withdrawals. Everything seemed fine than I received a cancelation notice from my insurance company. After research I realized that I activated the insurance plan with the very card I activated through this app and it was blocking the transaction. Although I thought I enabled and disabled certain aspects correctly. Apparently not. After almost 4 hours talking to branch associates and customer service (all very nice and helpful) they either never heard of the app, or couldn’t help me solve the issue. Revered me to ‘watch the instructional videos’. In the end they found out that I could delete the app and all info would revert back to before the app was installed. But not without giving insurance company routing/account number to process policy. When developing an app please talk to your employees. They will be the ones getting the irate customer phone calls, not you the developer. Also teach them how to use and trouble shoot problems again they are the ones receiving the phone calls.
Love the notifications
I really love the real time notifications and the ability to temporarily turn my card off if I’ve misplaced it. My biggest complaint is that the balances in the accounts don’t always update. I’ve had the same available balance for the last week, but when I check my Account through the credit union the balance is MUCH less! To the tune of around 600 bucks. This could get people in trouble if they are only looking at mobi money and not keeping track.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
