MobiosPush is the ultimate Nagios frontend for your iPhone.
Nagios is a leading versatile IT infrastructure and service monitoring system. The app has been developed using the “eat your own dogfood” method, following many years of Nagios and MobiosPush usage.
One of the most important features of Nagios, and by extension of a mobile frontend, are alerts. Alerts are delevired to your phone as push notifications. Opening the notification takes you directly to the host or service within the app. MobiosPush is the only Nagios client for iPhone that has built-in push notifications.
No extra plugins or software on your Nagios server are needed, it works on a vanilla installation. Only a bit of simple configuration is needed to receive your alerts as push notifications.
You get different notification sounds for bad alerts (ie. host down, service critical) and good/neutral notifications such as a service recovery. So you know urgency even without looking at your phone.
Issue Nagios commands to enable/disable host and service notifications, acknowledge problems etc. right from the app.
MobiosPush has been successfully tested with Nagios 3.2.3 – 4.x and Nagios XI.
Important: if you have been using a pre 1.7 version of MobiosPush you will need to update your server configuration for the new backend to ensure that you will (continue to) receive notifications.

Fast perfekter Nagios Client für iOS. Mir fehlt nur die Möglichkeit, Hosts und Services nach Status zu filtern - ansonsten perfekt!

Great app! I use it to receive push notifications from our nagios server which is monitoring more than 30 hosts. The app is working great on iPhone 5 and iOS 8.0.2. By the way, the customer support for this app is also great. Keep up the good work and thanks!

This is a great Nagios app for admins using an iOS device. Hooking in the push services with your own Nagios environment is really cool and adds value to this app. This is one of the first versions of the app and already really promising.
Perfect to monitor nagios services *****

The app is perfect to monitor nagios services. The developer was very responsive in adding an option to trust self-signed certificate. Thanks !

Thank you for this superb app. Can you please include search in it,cause it's not practical to swipe along long list of host for instance?
Note for China based users: the backend of this app runs on Google App Engine which is blocked in China. Due to this push notifications currently don't work in China. The other functions of the app work normally.

Very good app
Most Nagios iOS apps have a very dated interface. This app has a clean interface that matches newer iOSes. It works seamlessly with Nagios and requires minimal configuration for push notifications. Much better than email or text. My only beef (and what dropped it to 4 stars) is that the sounds could be better. Or tap into the baked in iOS sounds. Well worth the minimal price. Nicely done.
Thank you for updating the app. This does everything I need to make sure my company’s servers are running properly.
Crashes on initial setup!
Configured the application to talk with my Nagios installation, then went to the host view screen and it crashes.
