Moby the whale
A fine app for an humble investor myself. I enjoy the thorough deep dives and strategy provided. These dudes do their due diligence that’s for sure. The app can be a little screwy sometimes with some updates not working right away, but they seem to fix things real quick.
Disappointing
I paid for the product, made a few investments based on Moby’s recommendations and lost a few thousand dollars based on the recommendations. I fully understand the market has been volatile the past year but not a single one of Moby’s recommendations I took were profitable, I actually lost money on every single recommendation.
I was not planning on submitting a negative review but Moby auto charged me for the next year which of course I’m not interested in anymore. Requested to speak with customer service for a refund of the newly charged membership and was told it won’t be happening. Currently in an email exchange with their customer service to seek a resolution but at this point in time I’m pretty severely dissatisfied.
Waste of time and money
Individually run stock information app. Whoever runs this app and the instagram page masks poor due diligence in pretty graphics. Besides the fact that there are quite a few reviews showing that they’ve lost money based on the recommendations provided, the whole app and people behind it are just highly unprofessional.
After sharing my disappointment at some of the content they peddled I was blocked from the instagram page. Extremely childish and horrible that they provide recommendations with nothing to back it up. 1/5
