The app feels like I am having a 1 on 1 hypnosis session. It is that incredible! I love Paola’s soothing voice and how easy the app is to use. I love how there is also a journal and food diary too. My favorite is listening to the weekly recordings. They are short and potent. I enjoy listening right before bed. I see how it is already reprogramming my old patterns that no longer served me to creating new habits that help me strengthen my relationship with food to be healthy. This app is empowering! Don’t think twice about downloading it.
