I had to search deep for a game that has no witchcraft or demonism in it. This game is great fun especially when you want to share or play it with little ones. The story line is also pretty good. The graphics are amazing and the details are unbelievable, down to the chest movement while breathing. Good job. My grandchildren really loved it. Thanks for keeping it clean.

I got this on a $2.99 sale and it was outstanding. No horror, but more a historical sci-fi genre using famous scientists from the past. Uses lots of the standard find stuff/lock and unlock using shapes/HOs/mini-games, but they mostly corresponded to the game and made it a lot of fun. The storyline is superb, the voice acting excellent, and the drawings are top-notch with a lot of complex shapes and scientific things portrayed. An excellent choice and if your kids aren't scared of a few gun fights, it should be good for them. I really enjoyed it. It was raining here a lot and it helped the time go by for a few days.:)

The games by Artifex Mundi have just stepped up a notch. This game of Modern Tales is very well done and feels very authentic to its time. The tasks and storyline are clever and engaging. Setting the story during the age of industrial inventions is unique but an excellent venue to the plot. The graphics are superior. Best game yet and I am really enjoying it. Thanks for the great job.

The storyline was great using inventions and technology as a backdrop. Game was long taking a few days in relax mode, always great for those rainy days. Puzzles were not as complex as some other Artifex games but the age group starts at 9, yet, the game was challenging enough to keep the mind stimulated. Overall, a wonderful game worth the price.
