Changed my life
I hate winter. After many years of fighting it, in the fall of 2019 l decided to try Modo to stay in touch with my body (that is, not be wrapped in fleece 24/7 from October through April) and soak up some warmth a couple times a week. Not being a consistent yogi (I’d go to a class now and then, mostly special events at breweries) and over 60, I was hesitant. What I discovered was a caring, supportive community of fabulous teachers and yogis and a total addiction. After only a couple of weeks, I found myself going daily, not just in cold weather but throughout the year. Unless I’m sick or out of town, I’m on my mat daily and I couldn’t be happier.
Modo Rocks
Modo Yoga is way more than just a place to take a yoga class. It is a caring community of open minded people coming together to better themselves, the people they encounter and where they live. Any level yogi can practice here comfortably. Hope to see you on your mat sometime soon.
