During promotion to Authenticate yourself will fail

There are four of us that have tried to authenticate ourselves through Mohegan and we have failed. We all have authenticated easily with Foxwoods and in fact one person had the same exact questions that passed Foxwoods but failed under Mohegan. It appears that they are not authenticating everyone during their guarantee thousand dollars. We won’t try again and we will no longer visit the casino in person. If it was one person but four people from four different families all approved by Foxwoods all rejected by Mohegan with the same questions virtually. Somethings not right and we think it has something to do with the promotion.

Never play here save your money

I was on here playing I hit on a slot for $118 it kicked me off the app would not let me come back on had to download the app several times finally let me back in with no winnings you can’t talk to anybody on the phone it’s only through a chat they’re saying my account is under investigation and someone will contact me if I get money back I have proof of screenshots I’ve won the moneyAnd they’re still giving me a hard time but if I lost you bet you would see no money in my account I will never play on this app again once my issue was resolved stay away people

If I could give it negative one star I would.

This is probably the worst slot app I have ever played on. I had tried it before a few months ago and it was glitchy, would kick you out of games you were playing, and it wouldn’t load half the games. I recently reloaded it to give it another try and It did the same thing. All of the new games would never load and some of the old games. The only games I could play were ones that just were not that fun. So save your time and money and don’t bother with this app. I tried to tell them about how horrible the experience is and they seemed not to care, they just removed my account like I asked and didn’t even try to apologize for how horrible their product is. It feels like they know it’s horrible and they just don’t want to take the time or effort to fix any issues they have. But that’s just my opinion.
