Worse app ever I lost my job over a month ago so I decided to download the app to get couple of dollars for any extra stuff I needed money for I seen it was taking a while to even accept me to get 40$ I made I started asking about the payment then the costumer service put as if I had a gambling problem and they suspended my account for no reason I spoke to them and they didnt make it any better they suspended my account for 12 months for no real reason and they asked me to send them my PayPal email I did and they told me my state doesn’t do PayPal but the app is from the casino from the state I’m at they made it super difficult for me I do not recommend to anyone unless you want to waste your time

Customer Service
Long time gambler here, short time using this App(less than a month). A notfication appeared on my phone stating a deposit deal of "Get a 100% up to $500 Deposit Offer Bonus.." I thought it'd be a good deal and I looked through the in-app notifications, promotions section, and email... nothing. Thought, okay maybe a mistake. Then another notification 3 days later stating "Time is running out..." for the same offer. Checked the same things, nothing. Confused, reached out the the customer service reps. which seemed like they were helpful, but failed to elevate my case until after a week.
Then they simply state the offer is expired.. well yes, of course it would be expired since they neglegently delayed over a week to assist my situation.
Customer service needs to overhall a re-training on professionalism and courtesy. I'm honestly not even upset I can't use their bonus offer. I'm disappointed in FanDuel and any Application that utilizes them as they do the bare minimum and delay then "hang up" when you still had questions. If a customer service "Agent" emailed me stating it was an error within the first 24hrs I probably would be less upset, and if they floated me a smaller deal to smooth over a "misunderstanding" then honestly that would have made me stay with this App. But because the situation played out this way, no I will avoid using any FanDuel poducts in the future and so should every other individual.

Broken
Been playing on Mohegan for several years now and I usually lose to the house but had fun doing so. it’s entertainment and it’s fun. They started this new thing recently where they tell you you’re not human and hold this button because you’ve shut off tracking on your browser while on the Phone app with NO browser -there’s no way I shut off whatever they claim, but ever since that kicked in I go from losing $1000 a month to $3000 a month and NOTHING pays out even 10 % of my bet. Whatever algorithm they’re using to claim you’re not human while using their own App Store app is ridiculous. If I was using something I would’ve won or been ahead a single month. Never once have I won more than I lost. So I find that offensive but honestly, we just spent $1000 playing the features and not once on the features that cost $100. Did they ever pay out more than 10% of what you actually put in. Put in 100 you will only get back 10 bucks if you’re lucky All these changes have just turned it into the broken dryer method. You just keep loading money and nothing happens. The player has to win once in a blue moon. But again, if they’re gonna justify the non-randon non stop losses they’ll just create a trial of saying their own app behaved like a script so they had to check if you were even human. Ridiculous.
