The meeting point was, as usual, not in front of the hotel, nor around the corner, but rather Beerenweg 8: not labeled, and only a muddy path instead of a sidewalk. Apparently others have complained about this meeting point, too, but MOOA management apparently couldn’t care less.So after I’d dragged my heavy suitcases past the invisible meeting point, I returned to the street and was making my way back when the driver of Car No. 45 drove up to meet me. He noticed I needed help (I’m over 70) and immediately loaded my suitcases on board before driving me very comfortably to my destination. He explained a lot while entertaining me the whole time, and handing down my suitcases before wishing me all the best. He reconciled me to try MOIA more often, and to report when a driver is impolite. Now all that’s needed are well-marked meeting points as close to hotel entrances as possible!🤞🤞🤞

We were a family four adults and a child we booked it fully because we wanted to be not disturbed so thats why we booked it fully it came but we were not dropped off at the street we chose in the app ( the street was approved in the app and told us we would be dropped off at that location) and when we told it to the driver that this wasn’t the street we chose he said he couldn’t drive any further and so we had to get our stuff out and walk two streets further ( with suitcases and a child ) and one of our suitcases wheel broke .

Good idea but needs improvement

Nice when you are not in a hurry. Convenient busses. Pick-up timing is totally off. I selected 5+ minutes and the car came in 2 minutes so i missed it. Next car was supposed to come in 4 minutes but it tool almost 15 minutes. In the car the driver took stunning detours that were unrelated to the other guests. Unexplainable.
