Took my money and won’t let connect please refund

Lots of potential

Ok few things I like the idea and the concept of this but I have a few problems

1: why every time I get a message or a notification while on the app, the whole screen turns white and I have to close the app.

2: I know y’all need money but I shouldn’t have to spend $25 just to do basic stuff like talk to someone for a day or two just to get ghosted or person turns to be a weirdo and just end all communication with them.

3: please, please, PLEASE do something about the bots and scammers it’s a real problem

How the “ both “ option for the video chat is “ free “ but when I try to accept someone , it tells me to buy coins ? Not making sense if that section supposed to be “ free “
