Molekule Air comes with two filters: a Pre-Filter and a PECO-Filter. The app lets you track the status of your device’s filters, so you know when it’s time to replace them.
DARK MODE SCHEDULER for Molekule Air
For those sensitive to light while sleeping, Dark mode turns off the light in the device. We recommend using this mode only as necessary, since the light enables the PECO-Filter to destroy pollutants.

Great devices, buggy app
App doesn’t connect well to devices and is slow. Would love to see HomeKit/Siri Shortcuts integration over time, speed improvements, and general stability a focus in future updates.

Won’t let me create an account with the email I used to purchase my devices.
I don’t know what I expect. For the last two years I haven’t been able to connect to my device. Before I get an auto or standard reply understand I have gone through customer service three times and each time they say someone will contact me. No one does and then I am told it’s my fault for not confirming even though I have each and every time. Then my favorite is when they tell me to go through the most obvious steps that any logical person with a neuron of technology knowledge does even before calling customer service.
Now with the new updated app, not only can I not connect, but I can’t delete my device to even try to add it again. I have tried connectivity and resetting on the device itself to no avail. In addition I have looked at real world testing recently and see better results from other devices. So much for a premium product. I am so done! I think I will just throw my device out. A $700 device that is built to connect with technology should do what it’s built for. Every time customer service says “the device works with or without it connecting to the app” I want to throw my phone against the wall. I wouldn’t have bought a “smart” filtration device if I just wanted to spend less and get just a air cleaner. Thank you for nothing Molekule!
